The IOC has now banned 43 Russian athletes and stripped 13 medals from the country, <a class=\"colorbox\" rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"http:\/\/olympics.nbcsports.com\/2017\/12\/22\/ivan-skobrev-albert-demtschenko-tatiana-ivanova-russia-doping-bans\/\">according <\/a>to NBC Sports.
