And in a clip from <a class=\"colorbox\" rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=h33u2eeVqXo\">Thursday&#8217;s episode<\/a> of <em>Jeopardy!<\/em> Trebek looked like he wanted to weep.<\/p>\n<p>After clearing the rest of the board in Double Jeopardy, the lone remaining category was &#8220;Talkin&#8217; Football.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>It soon became clear why the contestants \u2014 Ryan, Sara and Justin \u2013 had avoided it.<\/p>\n<p>The first question, for $200: <em>Your choice: Do or don&#8217;t name this place in which the QB runs the ball &amp; can choose to pitch it to another back.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The contestants stand still \u2014 no manic mashing of buzzers here.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It&#8217;s an option play,&#8221; says Trebek after the beep, with evident concern.<\/p>\n<p>There was nowhere to go but down. Ryan, laughing resignedly, orders up the next embarrassment.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I can tell you guys are big football fans,&#8221; Trebek says.<\/p>\n<p>For $400: <em>Tom Landry perfected the shotgun formation with this team.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>But there was just no way. Sara and Justin grin widely.
