Schumer said Trump &#8220;insists he has a magic plan that we can see if only the American people re-elect him.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The administration continues to push for <a class=\"colorbox\" rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.npr.org\/2019\/03\/26\/706869835\/trump-administration-now-says-entire-affordable-care-act-should-be-repealed\">a court ruling that would invalidate the entire ACA<\/a>, and it&#8217;s unclear what would happen if the courts were to rule in the president&#8217;s favor.
