But for those whose game-day taste borders on outrageous, Stephen Tilder, executive chef at Chase Field in Phoenix, has some options.<\/p>\n<p>You can get 18-inch bratwursts adorned with everything from tater tots to fried eggs.<\/p>\n<p>Chase Field is among the stadiums nationwide that now tout menus brimming with outrageous <a class=\"colorbox\" rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/ftw.usatoday.com\/2019\/03\/best-stadium-ballpark-foods-mlb-2019\">edible novelties. <\/a><\/p>\n<p><!-- END ID=\"RES761670643\" CLASS=\"BUCKETWRAP INTERNALLINK MEDIAPROMO PRIMARY\" --><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We are always trying to create, basically, restaurant quality food in a ballpark,&#8221; Tilder says. &#8220;When people come in we want to blow their mind.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>In March, Tilder \u2014 <a class=\"colorbox\" rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.si.com\/eats\/2019\/03\/20\/arizona-diamondbacks-hot-dogs-chase-field-chef-price-ingredients\">in collaboration with a <em>Sports Illustrated<\/em> reporter <\/a>&#8212; created three new gigantic dogs for Diamondbacks&#8217; fans. One of those, the SI Cover Dog (named after the magazine) is topped with jalape\u00f1o-apple coleslaw, barbecue aioli, fried mac and cheese, house cured beer pickles and green onion.
